Battery

  1. Charging
    When charging be sure that your reader is either laying flat or in a charging cradle, and that the charging cord has no twists and is plugged in strait into the base of the reader then into the outlet. When charing is complete it unplug the charger from the outlet then the reader.
  2. Battery life
    It is important to unpair your reader from all devices when you are through using it for the day. If the reader is left paired it is ON and active and will continue to use battery power.
  1. Battery levels
    You can find your readers battery level in the app by going into the menu, Scan, click on the setting wheel in the upper right of the scan products window. It will open the pairing window that shows the name of the device you are paired with and the battery level
