Create and Edit Warehouses Sections
Sections for your warehouses
WS is a feature that allows you to determine a home for a product in your warehouse that will show on several reports, When destaging to the warehouse you can log which section of the warehouse a product is being returned to, if not the assigned one.
You can determine Product Warehouse location by Category, Sub-Category, Product, and RFID Tag#. Upon destage you can update product location so when you need to find it again the crew report will tell you where it is.
1) Name your Warehouse Sections: You probably already have verbiage you use. Blue room, Section A, East Wall, etc.
*Go to * – Settings – Warehouse/Sections – You can add, edit or change their order.
2) Adding Warehouse Section by Category – In Settings go to Categories – Your chosen WS will show here if one has been selected. If none has been selected you will see “add warehouse section”. Click here to add a WS to the Category.
ALL of your products in this Category will then default during de-stage to this WS unless you then choose a subcategory WS or a WS at the Product or RFID tag level. The Products Primary category is what determines this if a Product is assigned more than one Category and indicated in your Product Category.
Your program will open to a new page where you can choose the WS for that category.

3) Adding Warehouse Section to Sub-Categories works basically the same as Categories. Open Category to view Subs. Proceed as above to select Warehouse Section. If no Warehouse-section chosen reports will default to the Category Selection.

HELPFUL HINT – ALL of your products in this Subcategory will then show on your Crew Report as in this WS unless you then choose override at the Product or RFID tag level. If more than 1 sub category – there is a PRIMARY sub- category indicated by the star*. You might need to change the primary sub-category.

4) Overriding Category/Sub- at Product level
Click the name of the Sub Category – click the Product – Open Details and at the bottom right corner you will see the Warehouse Section Override. is a place to Override the current Warehouse Section selected. You can also do this at any time by going into the Product Details from anywhere in your system.

5) Overriding Category/Sub- Category by RFID Tag – Go into a Product then into RFID Tags. Edit Tag. The chosen WS section will not be the default for this product when it is destaged. It will revert to Product then Subcategory, then category depending on what you have input.
6) %(marker-gray)CREW REPORT – Showing WS as input.%**
On this crew report:
Black Headboard Screen – is in Beds Category (as seen on Blue Full Bed) yet WS shows what was selected for the Screens sub-category
Here are the chairs are in the chair loft except the one that was put in the Stool Loft

7) MOVE AND MANAGE – DESTAGING TO WAREHOUSE
The RFID Reader, as of now, will automatically destage to the default WS. You can use Move and Manage to de-stage items to places other than the default WS. The product’s override default is in this order:
RFID level trumps Product Level, trumps, Sub-category trumps Category. All levels are optional.

This image shows that the auto choice is to destage to the default WS.

This image shows you can select products to be moved back to a different WS which will show on your Crew Report the next time you choose that Product for a new Listing,
