Dashboard Left Sidebar Navigation

The Left Side Navigation provides 4 quick tools depending on your access level.

  1. Quick Actions - Quick Actions allow you to to initiate a variety of actions to create new elements to your Stageforce system; create new projects, new accounts, new contacts, new products and new tasks (Please note that some features may be restricted due to which level version of Stageforce that you subscribe to).
  2. Recently Viewed - Customized by user, this section will list the three most recently viewed projects and allow you to swiftly jump to that project
  3. External Links - External Links allow you to add hyperlinks to outside web sites and services that you and your team may use frequently in connection with your staging business. These links can be direct into storage drives (Google Drive, One Drive, Drop Box etc..) or services you may use such as QuickBooks, Time Keeping software etc..
  4. Admin Function - The Site Announcement tool allows Super Admin users to create pop-up notifications that will be displayed to each user when they log into Stageforce.
