How to create tag numbers

Batch Create RFID Tag numbers

1. Go to the “Menu” at the top right corner of the homepage (if you are in the mobile app click the three lines at the top corner)

2. Select Tag Manager 

3. In Tag manager Click the Batch Create button

4.Do not enter anything in the Alpha Prefix field unless you did one of the following:

• You ordered your tags with a letter(s) preceding the numbers e.g. A12345.
  If you order tags without a letter prefix, e.g. 12345 and enter a prefix A at batch create, those tags with prefix are now a different number than what you ordered and is imprinted on the tag and encoded in the tags imbedded antenna. The RFID reader and QR code scan will read the tag only as it is printed and encoded.

• You want to create virtual tags called phantom tag. Phantom tags are not printed tags, they are used as placeholders until printed tag can be affixed.

5. Enter the starting number of the tags you want to enter in the First RFID field and your ending number in the Last RFID field.

6. Click the Create RFID tags button.

THIS WILL NOW POPULATE THE “CHOOSE TAGS” DROP DOWN MENU IN THE RFID TAGS FIELD OF THE PRODUCTS PAGE.

Create an individual RFID Tag number

1. Go to the “Menu” at the top right corner of the homepage (if you are in the mobile app click the three lines at the top corner)

2. Select Tag Manager 

3. In Tag manager Click the button + Create Tag #

4. Fill in fields then click on Create RFID tag
