How to print a product inventory report with photos?
Printing inventory reports with product photos
Stageforce has two inventory reports that include item quantities. Which one fits your situation depends on whether you want to organize by vendor or by category.
Vendor Report: photos, quantities, and a print button
This is the fastest path to a visual, printable list.
1. Go to Inventory > Inventory Dashboard > Vendor Report.
2. Select a vendor from the dropdown.
3. Click Print Report at the top.
What you get: a table with product photos, quantities, and costs. The trade-off is that it organizes by vendor, not by category. If your vendors map closely to your product categories, this works great.
Products Report: category filtering with quantities
Use this when you need to filter your list by category.
1. Go to Inventory > Inventory Dashboard > Products Report.
2. Use the category dropdown to filter your view.
3. Review item counts, or click Export to CSV for a spreadsheet.
What you get: category-filtered quantities across your full inventory. Photos don't appear inline in this report. If you need a visual snapshot, the Vendor Report is the better fit.
Quick guide
• Need photos, quantities, and a print button? Use the Vendor Report.
• Need category-filtered quantities? Use the Products Report.
• Need a CSV export? Use the Products Report.
