Importing Your Inventory into Stageforce

Getting your inventory into Stageforce is easy. Just fill out the spreadsheet and upload it when you’re ready.

Before You Start

-Keep the column headers from the template.
-You can rearrange columns if needed.
-Extra columns are okay—they’ll be ignored.
-Tags (Required)

Every inventory item needs a tag!

-Enter your RFID tag number in the Tag column.
If you don’t have tags yet, leave the tag blank and we’ll create a placeholder tag for each item.

If a row has a quantity greater than 1, add a tag for each piece, separated by semicolons (;).
Example:

1001;1002;1003

Collections (Optional)

Collections help organize inventory into groups such as:
Living Room
Coastal
Modern Living
Enter the collection name in the Collection column.
An item can belong to multiple collections by separating names with semicolons (;).

Example:

Modern Living; Coastal

Photos (Optional)
Add a public image URL in the Image URL column.
✔ Use a direct web link beginning with http:// or https://
✘ Don’t upload image files into the spreadsheet
If a photo link doesn’t work, we’ll flag it for review.

Dates & Prices

Dates: Use YYYY-MM-DD format whenever possible.
Example:
2024-03-15
Prices: Enter numbers only or include a currency symbol.
Examples:
1299.50
$1299.50

Upload & Review

After uploading, Stageforce will show you:
How many items are ready to import
Any rows that need attention
Any information we couldn’t read
You can fix issues and re-upload, or continue with the import.
