Inventory dashboard functions

Your inventory dashboard provides access to the Dashboard Tools:

Batch Product editor: Allows you to quickly view, compare and edit like products

Merge Products: Merge Products allows you to MERGE like products if the same item has accidentally been entered more than once into your system.

Reports:

Vendor: Allows you to see what products you have purchased from each vendor including cost and quantity.

Products: Provides a filterable report of all products in inventory and includes financial information.

Warehouse Manifest: Tool for conducting warehouse inventory. This report displays products currently available in that warehouse including products that are in Selected status for listings.

Deactivated Tag Report: Used to track inventory that has been taken out of service. When an RFID tag is deactivated, the product it was assigned to is removed from your available inventory and excluded from your active tag count. The individual tag’s history and project usage remain available for reference.

Click the two arrows in the upper right corner of the action window to open any of the following views: 

Untagged Products:  Indicate a tag number has not been assigned. Products will not show in Selecting until tagged.

Uncategorized Products– Indicates Product needs to be but into a Category and a Subcategory. This step is critical in being able to shop your warehouse effectively.

Flagged Products -Is a section where items that cannot be used for a stage or need special attention can be reviewed and edited. Stageforce comes pre-loaded with a Needs Repair flag and a Needs Cleaning flag.
To create custom flags open the menu and selecting Settings, Defaults, Flag Issues.
