Inventory Page Filters
How to use filters on the Inventory Page
Inventory filters allow you to focus your item search more effectively. You can use them individually or together. Example: filter by category-chair, then choose sub-category -dining to find all dining chairs.
Product Attribute:The most encompassing search function that includes by priority: 1-Item name + 2- item description + 3-Vendor name + 4-SKU #
Example:

Enter only the word Blue = all inventory items containing blue in its name and description.
- Enter; Blue chair = all chairs with blue in its description or name.
- Enter: Blue dining chair=only dining chairs with blue in it description or name will appear
- Enter: West Elm Blue dining chair=only dining chairs purchased from West Elm will appear
Tag Number = Quick search if you already know the items tag number
Reset Filters =Used to clear the previously selected filters. Recommend using it before a new search.
Sorted by = Any [all criteria], Name (a-z) is your item name, Creation Date (newest first)or (oldest first) is the date you created the item in your system,
Listing = items contained in a selected project
Warehouse = Choose the warehouse you want to search
Set = Shows all items that are comprised of sets (parts that create a whole item. Example: Part 1-Table top, part 2-table legs
In Collections = all items in collections [Collections are comprised of item that you want to group together but can be selected indiviually unlike a set]
Available = All items that are not in Selected, Located for Staging, Staged, Located for Destaging status
Flagged= Items that have had a Flag assign like Damaged, Dirty, Needs repair
Unflagged = All items that do not have a Flag assigned to them
Uncategorized = Items you have not yet assigned a category. * It is important to assign a categories to all of your items
Not Tagged= Items that you have not yet assigned a tag number to. A tag number must be assigned to an item in order for it to be able to be selected for a project and to move through project inventory statuses.
Only one remaining= Displays all items that have only one remaining in inventory
Multiples available = Items that have more than one in Qty
Categories = Choose the category you want to search like: Chairs
Subcategories = Choose the sub-category you want to search like: Dining
