Listing status information is not updating in a project
If your listing details, property information, listing status, or stats like days on market , are not refreshing or appear stale, here is what to check.
How listing data updates work:
Stageforce can pull public property data automatically for listings that have a valid property URL entered from Zillow, Redfin, or your MLS listing. The automated property data updater runs nightly when enabled on your account (Settings > Account Configuration).
If you added the listing URL after the project was already created, or if the URL was recently updated, allow up to 24 hours for the next automatic refresh.
Steps to resolve:
1. Confirm the property URL is correct. Open the project, go to the Property tab, and verify the listing URL is present. Open it in a browser to confirm it resolves to the right property.
2. Check that the auto-updater is enabled. Go to Settings → Account Configuration and confirm the automatic property data updater is turned on.
3. Update the listing information manually. If you cannot wait for the nightly refresh, update the listing fields by hand in the Property tab, then save.
4. Confirm the project is not Closed. Automatic listing updates stop on projects with "Closed" status. If the property is still active and you need updates to continue, keep the project set to "In Progress."
5. Try a hard refresh. Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to clear your browser cache and reload the page.
Business analytics vs. listing stats
If the issue is that your performance metrics (average days to offer, sold price, and similar numbers) are not showing up on the dashboard, that is a separate feature — Business Analytics. Those metrics only populate for projects with status "Closed | Completed" and require all key dates to be filled in. See the Business Analytics article for troubleshooting steps on that.
