Move & Manage

Move & Manage is where you track and update inventory as it moves through a project. Use it to see which items have been selected, pulled for staging, staged in the home, packed for destaging, or returned to the warehouse.

You can access Move & Manage from the project dashboard.

Inventory Statuses

Selected Products
Items that have been chosen for the project from the project shopping or product selection area.

Use this section to review what has been selected before the items are pulled from the warehouse.

Located for Staging
Items that have been found, pulled, or packed for staging but have not yet been marked as staged in the home.

This helps warehouse teams and stagehands track what has already been located and what still needs to be pulled.

Staged Products
Items that are currently staged at the project.

After items are placed in the home, they can be marked as staged manually or through the RFID scanning workflow.

Located for Destaging
Items that have been identified or packed during destaging but have not yet been returned to the warehouse in Stageforce.

Use this section while clearing a project to track what has been loaded and what still needs to be removed from the home.

History
A record of items that were previously staged at the project.

This is useful for reviewing past inventory activity after items have been moved out or after the project is closed.

Actions You Can Perform

Move & Manage allows you to update inventory status without leaving the project.

Depending on the item’s current status, you may be able to:

- Deselect items from the project
- Mark items as Located for Staging
- Mark items as Staged
- Mark items as Located for Destaging
- Destage items to a warehouse
- Return or cancel items back to the warehouse
- Transfer items to another project
- Change the assigned room for selected or staged items

Important Note

When items are physically returned to the warehouse, make sure to use Destage to Warehouse from the Action dropdown. This updates the item’s location and makes the inventory available for future projects.
