Pairing your RFID reader

The Stageforce app bridges the reader information with the Stageforce program to process and transmit data to the software. You can download the app from your devices app store.

RFID READER APP
The RFID tags you place on your items contain an antenna that responds to the Radio Frequency signal emitted by the RFID Reader. The Reader App sends tag information to your website to update the status of each item and allows you to move items from place to place.

To pair the reader to your device, Click the Gear icon to the right of the Scan tab.

You can also access the Gear icon in the Scan Products screen.

Tap the No Reader Paired field on the Settings pop up screen.

Hold down the trigger on the reader (beeps). The reader’s serial number and battery level will appear. ie. 004041-US-1128, tap the serial number.

Click DONE

For ease of pairing and preserving the battery life of the reader UNPAIR the reader from all devices when don using every day.
To unpair from your device:

1. Tap on the gear icon.
2. Tap on the reader’s serial number.
3. The reader will beep one low beep and the app will now say “No Reader Paired”.

Troubleshooting “
If you have trouble pairing your device with the reader try “forgetting” the reader on your phone to “reset”.

• On your phone go to settings – bluetooth – select the device there click “forget device”
• Go back into app and try pairing it again.

• If reader won’t pair check to see if it is paired with another device.
