Products Report

1. Go to the Inventory Dashboard and expand the Reports tab

1. Click on Products Report

Filter report as needed then you can Download as CSV file to upload into Excel, Google sheet etc.

TOTALS

• Products: Total quantity of Products
• Tags: Total quantity of Tags (increases given you have multiples of various Products
• Tags hidden in sets: Total quantity of tags associated with Sets
• Working value: $549,087.61 – Replacement cost
• Purchase: $417,130.50 – Cost of goods
• Rental: $82,693.74 – Value based on chosen % of Working Value
• Sale: $679,808.95 – Value based on chosen % of Working Value

COLUMN DATA

• # - Column number
• Name - Product Name
• Tag # - Tag number
• Purchase Date – as input
• Last Used – Date the product was last Staged
• Purchase Cost – as input
• Months staged – Total time staged in months
• Months active – Time since product first used in months
• % of use – Based on Months Active vs Months Staged
• # Times Used – Number of Listings in which product has been staged.
• ROI – ROI = Net Profit / Total Investment times 100
• Working value -
• Sale Price – Based on chosen % of Working Value
• Rental Cost – Monthly – Based on chosen % of Working Value
• Current Location – Shows Warehouse or Listing

Helpful hint: If no Working Value or Purchase Price is input into the system the ROI cannot be calculated and will show a red zero.
