Warehouse Section Assignment When Scanning Items Back In
When you scan items back into a warehouse using the Scan flow, Stageforce uses each item's pre-configured default Warehouse Section. It does not offer a section picker mid-scan. Setting up default sections in advance is the key to keeping your warehouse organized without extra steps after check-in.
Instead of scanning into a specific warehouse, use:
Scan → Warehouses → Default Warehouse Location & Section
This routes each item back to its pre-configured default — warehouse and section — in one step, with no manual correction needed afterward.
