Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): All KPIs use the same base data set which is a current “Project Status” value of “Closed | Completed” and “Destage | End Date” within the date range selected. (Projects with either field blank are excluded)

  • Projects Completed:All projects with “Project Status” value of “Closed | Completed” and “Destage | End Date” within the date range selected. (Projects with either field blank are excluded)

  • Average Days Staged: Average for number of days between “Contract Start Date” and “Destage | End Date”. (Requires a project to have both date fields to be included in calculation)

  • Average Contract: Average of project field “Contract Value” which is the total contract. (Requires project to have a contract value to be included in calculation)

  • Average Sold Price: Average of project field “Sold Price”. (Requires project to have a sold price entered to be included in calculation)

  • Averaged Days to Offer: Average days between “Listing Date” and “Offer Accepted Date”. (Requires a project to have both date fields to be included in calculation. Blank fields excluded)

  • First Time Projects: Total projects with the field “First Project”

  • Extended Projects: Total projects that have been saved with “Project Status” value of “Staged | Extended Staging” at some point in it’s history

  • Total Contract: Total of project fields “Contract Value” which is the total contract

  • Total Sold Price: Total of project field “Sold Price”

  • Sold vs. List Price: Percentage of “Sold Price” divided by “Listing Price”. (Requires a project to have both date fields to be included in calculation)
