What are tags
What type of tags work for you, RFID/QR or virtual
In order to enable Stageforce to track your inventory items as they move through the staging and eCommerce process, each item must have its own unique tag number. That is true even if you have six of the same item, each will need it's own tag number.
Tag numbers are created by you in the numbering sequence you prefer, example 1-1000. As you expand your inventory you will need to add additional numbers to that sequence being careful to not duplicate numbers if using different size labels for different products.
The tags can be printed or virtual. If virtual we recommend using a letter (A,B,C) preface when creating your tag number sequence so they are easily identified should you want to replace with a physical tag number later.
Your tag options: Virtual= not printed, RFID=Radio Frequency ID tags, have an antenna embedded in the tag so they may be located with the use of an RFID reader. The tags supplied through a partnership with Atlas RFID Store also include a QR code printed on them so they may be scanned individually using the Stageforce app and your phone. You print QR code labels; labels you can print on your own using a QR code generator and printer of your choice.
