What are the functions and how do I add/edit an admin function

System Announcement - Where system administrator can add a system wide announcement such as software updates. Only Stageforce can create and edit system announcements.

 

Site Announcement - Where you can add a site announcement for your whole team. This can be done at the account owner level.
