The projects in progress graph

Where does the info come from for the graph

Screenshot 2026-03-04 at 12.21.10 PMThe graph provides a visual summary of the status of all open projects. Hovering over each section shows the percentage of projects in that status.

For best results, enter stage and destage dates for each project, even if they are approximate, and keep the project status updated as you work. When a project has been destaged, record that date. If the project is paid in full, change its status to Closed | Completed. Once a project is in Closed | Completed status, it will no longer appear in the Projects in Progress graph.
