What reports are available in Stageforce?

Stageforce includes several reports to help you review inventory, financial information, warehouse location, deactivated tags, and project-level item activity. Reports are available from the Inventory Dashboard, Project Dashboard, and Projects list.

What reports can I run in Stageforce?

Stageforce includes several reports to help you review inventory, financial information, warehouse location, deactivated tags, and project-level item activity. Reports are available from the Inventory Dashboard, Project Dashboard, and Projects list.



Inventory Reports

To access inventory reports:

1. Go to Inventory.
2. Open the Inventory Dashboard.
3. Find the Reports section.
4. Choose the report you want to run.

Vendor Report

The Vendor Report shows products purchased from a selected vendor, including item quantities and cost information.

Use this report when you want to review inventory by vendor or print a visual report that includes product photos.

Best for:

- Reviewing products purchased from one vendor
- Seeing product quantities by vendor
- Printing a vendor-based product list
- Reviewing cost totals for vendor inventory

How to run it:

1. Open Inventory Dashboard > Reports.
2. Select Vendor Report.
3. Choose a vendor from the dropdown.
4. Click Print Report if you need a hard copy.



Products Report

The Products Report provides a complete financial and inventory view of your products. It can be filtered and downloaded as a CSV file for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.

Best for:

- Reviewing all inventory
- Filtering products by category, subcategory, warehouse, project, or tag number
- Exporting inventory data
- Reviewing financial totals
- Tracking usage and ROI

The Products Report includes totals such as:

- Total products
- Total tags
- Tags hidden in sets
- Working value
- Purchase value
- Rental value
- Sale value

Common column data includes:

- Product name
- Tag number
- Purchase date
- Last used date
- Purchase cost
- Months staged
- Months active
- Times used
- ROI
- Retail value
- Sale price
- Rental price
- Current location
- Vendor name

How to run it:

1. Open Inventory Dashboard > Reports.
2. Select Products Report.
3. Apply any filters needed.
4. Click Download CSV to export the report.



Warehouse Manifest

The Warehouse Manifest is used for warehouse inventory checks. It shows products currently available in a selected warehouse, including products that are currently in Selected status for a project.

Best for:

- Conducting warehouse inventory
- Reviewing items in a specific warehouse
- Creating a warehouse checklist
- Sorting by RFID tag number, product, or category

How to run it:

1. Open Inventory Dashboard > Reports.
2. Select Warehouse Manifest.
3. Choose the warehouse from the dropdown.
4. Sort the report as needed.
5. Export to CSV if you want to use the report as an inventory checklist.



Deactivated Tag Report

The Deactivated Tag Report tracks inventory tags that have been removed from active service. This includes tags marked as sold, donated, damaged, missing, or another removal reason.

When a tag is deactivated, the product it was attached to is removed from available inventory and excluded from the active tag count. The Deactivated Tag Report keeps the historical and financial record.

Best for:

- Tracking sold inventory
- Reviewing donated, damaged, or missing items
- Reviewing deactivated tag history
- Exporting inactive inventory records
- Tracking removal reasons and related financial information

How to run it:

1. Open Inventory Dashboard > Reports.
2. Select Deactivated Tag Report.
3. Apply filters as needed.
4. Click Download CSV to export the report.


Project-Level Reports

Project reports are available from the project’s Reports tab. These reports let you review inventory connected to a specific project and customize the report by type, item status, grouping, and layout.

To access project reports:

1. Open a project.
2. Go to the Reports tab.
3. Choose the report type and filters.
4. Print the report or copy a shareable link.


Project Report Types

Stageforce project reports can be run in several report types:

Crew Report

The Crew Report is designed for the team handling pulling, staging, destaging, and warehouse movement. It focuses on item details, RFID tags, room assignments, quantities, and location information.

Best for:

- Pull sheets
- Install preparation
- Destage preparation
- Warehouse and crew coordination
- Showing where items are located or should return


Sales Report

The Sales Report shows selected project items with sale-related values.

Best for:

- Reviewing products available for sale
- Preparing sale pricing
- Reviewing MSRP and sale value for project items


Rental Report

The Rental Report shows rental value for project items.

Best for:

- Reviewing rental pricing
- Estimating rental value by project
- Sharing rental-related item values when needed


Cost Report

The Cost Report shows purchase cost information for project items.

Best for:

- Reviewing cost of goods connected to a project
- Internal financial review
- Comparing project inventory cost against rental or sale values


Admin Report

The Admin Report combines multiple financial values, including sale, MSRP, rental, and purchase information. Access may depend on your permission level.

Best for:

- Internal review
- Admin-level project reporting
- Comparing project financial values in one place


Project Report Status Filters

Project reports can be filtered by item status, so you can generate a report for the exact stage of the project workflow.

Available status options include:

Selected

Items that have been chosen for the project but have not yet been pulled or staged.

Located for Staging

Items that have been found, pulled, or packed for staging, but have not yet been marked as staged at the project.

Staged

Items currently staged at the project.

Located for Destaging

Items that have been identified or packed for destaging but have not yet been returned to the warehouse.

Destaged

Items that have already been destaged from the project.

All

If no specific status is selected, the report can include all active project items.


Project Report Grouping Options

Project reports can be grouped to make them easier to read.

Available grouping options include:

Primary Category

Groups items by their primary product category.

Room

Groups items by the room assigned within the project.

Current Location

Groups items by their current location, such as a warehouse or another project.

None

Shows the report without grouping.


Project Report Layout Options

Project reports can be viewed in different layouts:

Tiles

A visual layout that is helpful when product images and item cards are easier to review.

Table

A spreadsheet-style layout that is helpful for scanning item details and totals.


Include Transferring Items

Project reports include an option to show items that are physically located at the project but are actively selected for another project. This helps identify inventory that may be in transition between projects.


Print or Share a Project Report

Once your project report is filtered the way you want it, you can:

Print Report

Use Print Report to generate a printable version of the project report.

Copy Shareable Link

Use Copy Shareable Link to share the report with someone else. The link keeps the selected report type, status, grouping, layout, and transfer settings.


Project List Export

In addition to the project-specific Reports tab, Stageforce also allows you to export your current Projects list view.

Use this when you want a spreadsheet of project-level information based on your current filters.

How to export the current Projects view:

1. Go to Projects.
2. Apply any filters needed.
3. Click Export Current View.
4. Stageforce will download a CSV file of the current project list.[12:05 PM]This is useful for reviewing project records outside of Stageforce, sharing filtered project lists, or doing additional spreadsheet analysis.
